Fuel Filter Silencer Performance

This short, live-fire video follows our first video explaining the process of making a sound suppressor from a common fuel filter. In it, during the live fire part, we used steel targets. Due to the tiny dynamic range of the recording equipment, the steel target noise made it hard to tell the difference between the rifle sound when suppressed compared to unsuppressed. In this we use soft sand in the impact area to help illustrate the performance.
