A few months back, I built a bow in the Amazon Jungle of Colombia while on a Bushcraft Global Expedition (www.bushcraftglobal.com). After taking it home and building a string for it, it shot amazing. Only problem, was I forgot you can't shoot it like a modern bow, you can only draw 3/4 maximum...
Instead of using the bow for scrap wood, a subscriber suggested the use of FiberFix to repair the damage. Did it work? More or less. Still fun to shoot, but it lost a lot of it's power.
