In the video I state "If a person has been convicted or plead guilty to a state law misdemeanor crime that is punishable by a term of two years or more imprisonment, they are a prohibited person."
I incorrectly phrased what I said. It should have been "If a person has been convicted or plead guilty to a state law misdemeanor crime that is punishable by a term of more than two years imprisonment, they are a prohibited person."
