The Liberator pistol was designed to be cheap, disposable and mass produced. It was to be dropped en-masse over occupied Europe, although that never really happened in an appreciable way.
The Liberator was intended to be a last ditch weapon used by a partisan to "upgrade" to a better weapon from a dispatched enemy soldier. As a result, it was never intended to be comfortable, ergonomic or any of those things normally associated with a combat pistol. It had one goal: fire one shot safely.
So, with that in mind, what's it like to fire one of these things?
